1- Information Text Regarding Notification of Acting on Behalf of Someone Else

Dear Customer, In transactions where identification is mandatory within the scope of Article 15 of Law No. 5549 on Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime, if you are acting in your own name but on behalf of someone else, you must declare in writing whose account you are acting on before performing your transactions. We would like to remind you that the said article foresees imprisonment from six months to one year or a judicial fine of up to five thousand days for those who fail to make a declaration.

2- Warning About No Foreign Exchange Trading

➢ BUYING OR SELLING FOREIGN EXCHANGE IN THIS WORKPLACE IS ALLOWED ONLY WITH THE PURPOSE OF PROVISION OF PAYMENT SERVICES AND ISSUANCE OF ELECTRONIC MONEY.


➢ PLEASE REPORT TO PRESIDENCY COMMUNICATION CENTER (CİMER) (www.cimer.gov.tr) FOR ANY VIOLATION OF BUYING OR SELLING FOREIGN EXCHANGE.


➢ ACCORDING TO THE LAW NO 1567, AT LEAST 31.680 TL FINE CAN BE EXECUTED FOR EACH PARTY AND TRANSACTION FOR BUYING OR SELLING FOREIGN EXCHANGE APART FROM PROVISION OF PAYMENT SERVICES AND ISSUANCE OF ELECTRONIC MONEY.


** This amount is applied by increasing the revaluation rate in accordance with the relevant legislation for that year, effective from the beginning of each calendar year.

3- TÖDEB Arbitration Board Form

Within the scope of Law No. 6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services and Electronic Money Institutions, you can apply to our institution for individual complaints that do not concern your commercial activities regarding the payment services we provide within 2 years from the date of the transaction. If you receive a negative response from our institution regarding your application or if you cannot receive a response within 20 days from the date of application, you can apply to the Individual Arbitration Board of the Payment and Electronic Money Institutions Association of Turkey by filling out the application form at the link https://todeb.org.tr/hakemheyetibasvuruformu/ together with the information and documents related to the subject of the dispute within 60 days from the date of notification of the negative response or the end of the period for which a response must be given.
